Vine Cottage is one of a pair of typical Vendéen cottages, with white washed walls and terracotta roofs, situated 1½ miles from Coëx in the small hamlet of Quatre Chemin de Buron. Coëx is a small country town renowned for its public gardens and roadside floral displays.

Cycling is a real joy for all on the numerous dedicated cycle paths, including the tarred over disused railway line from Coëx to La Roche Sur Yon via Aizenay.
The accommodation itself consists of an open plan living/dining room with dining furniture, easy chairs. There is a There is DVD and a CD player.
The well equipped kitchen area has microwave, full sized refrigerator and cooker.
The separate bedroom with double bed is reached through

the dressing room, which alternatively can be furnished with a folding single bed if required. Duvets and pillows are provided. The shower room also has a wash basin and toilet. The cottage has been completely renovated, to include modern plumbing and electrical systems, yet still maintains its character.
