The patio opens out onto a large lawned garden bounded by grapevines and an orchard, (the lawn is approximately 90 ft x 50 ft). Within the garden can be found the shade of a grapevine arbour, peach and cherry trees along with flower beds. Sunloungers are provided for your use in the garden.

. The shower room also has a wash basin and toilet. The cottage has been completely renovated, which includes modern plumbing and electrical systems, yet still maintains its character. Outside, the cottage has a patio area with patio furniture and barbecue.

The accommodation itself consists of an open plan living/dining room with dining furniture, easy chairs and has a Television. The well equipped kitchen area has microwave, full sized refrigerator and cooker. The separate bedroom with double bed is reached through the dressing room, which alternatively can be furnished with a folding single bed if required. Duvets and pillows are provided
